Hi, I’m Deah! Graduate of Southern Methodist University and founder of a successful touring company, Soul of DFW (operating almost three years). Specializing in cultural tours around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Additionally, Berry Mitchell has written a book on the history of soul food and its influences. A born storyteller, I enjoy marketing, cooking, writing and travel.
Jill is a commercial advertising photographer. She has a bachelors degree from Baylor University in Journlism and heralds from San Francisco, CA. Both mediums stem from her love of telling people's stories and learning from history. She feels strongly that the voices from our past must be held tightly, as many soldiers and revolutionaries slip away to the generations. She has jumped onto this project to be part of the rescue effort of these narratives and to share hope and vision with the younger generation. When she's not immersed in her art, Jill loves spending time on the Pacific coast in the fog.
Sheree is a proud native of Tulsa, Oklahoma and has been an educational leader in the Dallas community for almost a decade. Her experience ranges from in-classroom instruction to administrative leadership. When she isn't designing engaging curriculum she enjoys reading, traveling with her husband Xavier and entertaining their adorable five year old daughter, Zoe Nicole.
I'm a senior undergraduate student at UNT, my major is Print & Digital Journalism with a minor in Anthropology. My favorite hobbies are reading fiction books, writing, spending time with friends and family, listening to music, playing the Sims, finding interesting shows to watch and learning new things.
